We are looking for a Recruitment Professional to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing

Responsibilities

• Manage
  - cycle recruitment and selection processes; conduct resume screening, interviews, and
  - based assessments.
• Leverage recruitment tools, social media, and digital platforms for talent acquisition; ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; proven experience in recruitment and selection, preferably across multiple organizational levels.
• Solid knowledge of interview techniques and
  - based assessment; experience with talent sourcing tools (Linked
  In Recruiter) is a plus; strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
