Responsibilities

• Manage
  - cycle recruitment and selection processes;
• Conduct resume screening, interviews, and
  - based assessments;
• Leverage recruitment tools, social media, and digital platforms for talent acquisition;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection, preferably across multiple organizational levels;
• Solid knowledge of interview techniques and
  - based assessment;
• Experience with talent sourcing tools (Linked
  In Recruiter) is a plus;
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
