You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team. Among our responsibilities, we support the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes in the UK, and manage referral schemes within Airbus core countries (UK, Spain, France and Germany). **Your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:*** Screen and shortlist candidates to support the Recruitment Process;* Schedule interviews and confirmation of attendance;* Facilitate Assessment Centers with candidates and assessors;* Support the organization (planning and execution) of assessment centers, such as candidates invites, assessors identification, prepare materials and define group exercises and interview questions and score matrix;* Make offers to the selected candidates;* Provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders on the recruitment processes;* Update and maintain the inhouse recruitment database;* Monitor and manage shared mailboxes with queries for recruitment;* Understand the internal and external candidate market environment in terms of tendencies & profiles;* Work closely with the Employment Marketing team to monitor the volume of applications:**General activities:*** Support continuous improvement of internal processes;* Provide data analysis reporting & surveys. ****Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:***** At least 1 year of previous experience with recruitment or Human resources related activities, specially administrative tasks;* Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;* English at Negotiation level is a must;* Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the usage of new tools, such as Workday, Data Studio, Google Workspace and others. * Experience working in an international/multicultural environment is an advantage. * Strong analytical and
