HR Regulatory Reporting Officer

As part of the CIB HR Regulatory Team, the employee will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements for employee accreditations. This includes overseeing onboarding and
- certifications for SEC/CFTC, PIMH, AMF, and MIFID2 regulations. The role will be responsible for verifying that all regulated staff meet these requirements, conducting background checks, and ensuring annual mandatory certifications. Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed reports, implementing stringent controls, and maintaining high data quality standards in relevant systems. The role will also support CIB HR audits, prepare necessary documentation, and assist local HR teams with internal audit requirements.
Your Main Activities Are
Verify requirements for regulated staff, including Associated Persons
- declaration and background checks
Manage and hold calls with stakeholders to assess needs
Escalate issues of potential
- compliance requirements for regulated staff
Manage the regulated staff population in a BNPP tool and provide feedback on tool improvements
Ensure annual mandatory certification for AMF and/or MIFID2 populations by interacting with external providers and managing the process internally
Handle IG requests for HR scope by performing extractions from HR tools
Ensure rigorous data quality in all files
Participate in upcoming projects
Perform controls on other required processes
Profile and Skills to Success
Degree in Management, Compliance, Human Resources, or a related field
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills
