We are currently seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Analyst who is looking for an exciting project with Accenture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration services through the ongoing day‑to‑day operational work;
• Manage the execution of a range of processes, including but not limited to professional internships, onboarding/off‑boarding administration, contractual changes, absences, and legal obligations;
• Employees document management, contract management and employee queries;
• Manage relationships and update information needed with external entities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Labor Sciences or similar is required;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administrative processes;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and current best practices;
• Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and independence;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
