Position Summary
We are seeking passionate and experienced HR professionals to join our dynamic HR Services team. These roles span across HR service delivery, product management, content management, and regional HR support. As part of our HR Services team, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and delivery of scalable HR solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead our HR Services knowledge strategy and

Now functional owner for HR Services, optimizing the platform’s capabilities to enhance user experience and service delivery. - Associate Director, HR Services Product Manager
Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of various services across Organon, with an initial focus on time and absence management processes. Define and implement a global strategy for time and absence management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a seamless user experience worldwide. Work closely with HR, Payroll, and outsourced providers to optimize processes, enhance system capabilities, and drive compliance with local labor laws and global policies. - class experience for employees and managers across the organization. - Senior HR Specialist (Regional Support)
Provide
- level support for employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Manage complex HR transactions, mentor junior team members, and serve as a key escalation point for challenging employee inquiries. Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with regional labor laws, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence (Co
Es) to enhance HR service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR service delivery. (varies by role level).
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and regional labor regulations.
- Experience with digital HR platforms (e. g. , Workday, Service
Now) is highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a
- paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
