Role

HR Shared Services Specialist – Portuguese & English Speaking (Maternity Cover). You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to deliver a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare HR-related documents
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
• Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
• Support HR programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
• Escalate complex queries to senior HR team members when needed
• Provide administrative support across various HR functions
• Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting and insights
• Build and maintain strong internal client relationships

Who You Are / Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese & English speaker
• 3+ years of experience in a
  - facing HR role
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with HR systems (e. g. , Workday, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
