Job Description:

Do you have a good command of German and want to work in an international environment? Are you interested in HR topics and digital tools? Join our team in Porto as an HR Specialist – German Speaker!

As an HR Specialist, you will support our Employee Operations team, assisting HR colleagues, Business Partners, and internal customers with employee lifecycle processes.

You will:

• Manage HR-related administration, including termination, retirement, and data maintenance, acting as a point of contact via our HR platform My
  HR in the EMEA region.
• Support HR Business Partners and their teams with administrative processes in English, German, and Portuguese.
• Share HR information across all organizational levels.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Drive process improvements and support HR digitalization initiatives.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized,
- oriented, communicative, and team players.

Qualifications include:

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages, or related fields.
• Experience in HR or customer support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Fluent in German and English.
