The Role: HR Specialist
Join our Human Resources team — one of six global corporate functions — where we power people strategy and deliver exceptional service through Talent Advisory, Integrated Service Delivery, and Centres of Expertise (COEs).
As an HR Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Integrated Service Delivery model, delivering
- impact HR services to business stakeholders and our HR community. You’ll bring your expertise to ensure smooth, efficient, and
- first HR operations across the region.

What You’ll Do
HR Services
- Provide daily guidance and support to the HR Services team.
- Deliver seamless HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
- Draft and update key HR documents (e. g. , employment contracts, change letters).
- Advise line managers and employees on general HR queries.
- Monitor the case management system (Service
Now) and route queries appropriately. - Build strong partnerships with Regional HR teams and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to
- hoc projects that shape and improve our service delivery.
HR Systems & Data
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Oracle HCM, Talent Acquisition Cloud, Service
Now). - Manage employee records including onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, time off, and more.
- Generate and maintain HR reports to ensure data integrity and informed
- making.
Customer Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR administration inquiries.
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support in line with WTW’s service standards.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in HR administration and processes.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Native-level French and
- level English (written and spoken). - Attention to detail with strong MS Office and HR systems proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- paced environment.
