We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Portugal. This role focuses on Compensation & Benefits and Labor Law compliance, supporting strategic HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with local regulations and Huawei’s global standards. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese and English, with a strong background in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and market benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws, including contract management, employee relations, and legal documentation
• Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, collective agreements, and internal HR policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support pay transparency and equity initiatives
• Support talent retention strategies
• Support audits and reporting related to compensation, benefits, and legal compliance
• Partner with external consultants and legal advisors when needed
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and Labor Law
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to work in a
