HR Specialist

You will be joining a new team, in direct collaboration with Administrative & Finance Director. We are looking for our HR Specialist who will be responsible for Payroll and for supporting HR services, policies and processes efficiently. We offer a

Responsibilities
- Payroll processing, assuring legal compliance with Social Security and fiscal regulation;
- Operational HR services, ensuring a smooth personnel administration, such as, admissions and contract management;
- Manage absences, holidays and other rights and obligations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations;
- Accompany and support personnel performance assessment;
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees;
- Coordinate recruitment processes, developing talent acquisition strategies;
- Overseeing training programs;
- Prepare reports, and monitor the main HR indicators, contributing with a critical analysis and proposing action/improvement plans;
- Support all audits related to payroll or business certification;
- Support the team in all necessary activities and tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, accounting, or a relevant field;
- Minimum experience of 2 years, in HR processing and employee relations;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail & accuracy;
- Experience working with Excel;
- Experience as a functional user with ERP Primavera, or Dynamics 365 Business Central will be a plus.
