The Forum Selecção is recruiting HR Support Officer (M/F) for banking cliente in Lisbon, for a temporary project. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage the onboarding process trough ASKHR - Digital platform for Onboarding and Work Contract Generation - (gather the needed documentation for the process, elaborate work contracts, confidentiality letters and other addendums, update tools setup and manage the contract signature meeting)- Process HR transactions using a range of HR systems (e. G. u
Man, PI, Ref
OG, 2Sworkflow, People Doc)- Create employee files and the fill in personnel
- Managing the relationship and crossed HR processes between other HR teams such as - Recruitment and Talent Sourcing, International Mobility, Learning & Development and HR Business Partners;



- Manage the leavers’ process (elaborate and deliver the Work Certificate, deliver last pay slip, answer queries)SKILLS- Previous experience in shared services
- Experience in large databases
- Experience in systems administration &
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power
Point);
