- level HR support to employees and managers, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately. * Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle activities while maintaining a positive employee experience. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and tools. * Coordinate HR processes related to compensation, benefits, learning, and performance. * Support international mobility processes, including relocation and documentation. * Prepare employee correspondence and reports while ensuring compliance with company standards. **Your Profile:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Fluency in English (written and spoken). * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a
- focused mindset. * Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality. * Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is an advantage.
