Hr Systems Data Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a
- oriented and analytical Global HR Systems Data Analyst to join our customers' global HRIS team. The successful candidate will play a key role in consolidating, validating, and maintaining employee data across HR systems, with SAP Success
Factors as the core HR system. This position is pivotal in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across global processes and enabling insightful HR reporting and analytics.
This organisation has over 25, 000 employees in 23 countries, classed as a market leader in the Manufacturing field.
You will collaborate closely with regional HR teams, IT, and business stakeholders to support
- driven
- making, optimise data processes, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives, including reward cycles and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Integrity:
- Consolidate, validate, and clean global HR employee data within SAP Success
Factors and related systems. - Conduct regular audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data.
- Identify data anomalies and partner with regional HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain HR data standards, documentation, and best practices.
HR Systems Support:
- Support the global maintenance and development of SAP Success
Factors modules (Employee Central and others). - Liaise with IT and vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements related to data management.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Tableau and SAP Success
Factors reporting tools. - Provide regular and
- hoc reporting to HR leadership, Finance, and other stakeholders. - Monitor key HR metrics and KPIs, enabling strategic workforce insights.
Reward Cycle Support (Bonus):
- Assist in preparing and validating data for compensation reviews, bonuses, and merit cycles.
- Partner with Reward/Compensation teams to ensure accurate data inputs and outputs for the reward cycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HRIS, data analyst, or HR systems role with a global scope.
- Strong experience with SAP Success
Factors, particularly Employee Central. - Proficiency in data cleansing, validation, and audit processes.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages for data manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage large datasets and understand complex data structures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a
- paced, international environment.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting the annual reward cycle or compensation planning processes.
- Familiarity with data privacy and GDPR requirements in a global HR context.
- Exposure to additional HR systems or tools (e. G. , Workday, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud).

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis or HRIS roles.
