HR Systems Digital Service Manager – Automotive Business

In this role, you’ll reshape system architecture, optimize processes, and lead integrations across multiple regions—all while ensuring compliance with complex regulations like labour or GDPR. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure system architecture aligned with business needs.
- Analyze and optimize Time-to-Pay processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage application lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Oversee inbound and outbound integrations for Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and standards.
- Monitor system performance and user satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for IT systems.
- Support vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and service level agreements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in payroll and time & attendance IT support across at least two regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on implementation experience, including system integrations and deployments.
- Expertise:
- Proven track record working with payroll and T&A in countries with complex legal frameworks (e. g. , Germany, France, Italy).
- Solid understanding of regulations relevant to payroll and time management, especially in the EU.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Experience with Service

Additional Information
Location: Warsaw (Poland), Prague (Czech Republic), Bucharest (Romania), Budaörs (Hungary), Amadora/Lisboa (Portugal) or Tudela (Spain). You will report to Head of HR IT (located in Poland).
