We’re looking for an HR Technician to join our vibrant People & Culture team at Readiness
IT , based in Fundão.

What You’ll Do

As part of our People & Culture team, you will:

Support the recruitment and selection process;

Assist in the onboarding and integration of new team members;

Monitor and coordinate training activities ;

Help implement internal communication initiatives (events, internal protocols, engagement actions);

Provide
-
- day support in HR administrative tasks ;

Contribute to HR best practices , promoting collaboration across teams;

Support office management operations;

Participate in projects and continuous improvement within the People & Culture area.

What We’re Looking For

You might be the perfect fit if you have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field;

1–2 years of experience in the HR field;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Good organizational skills and a sense of autonomy;

A proactive attitude with analytical and
- solving capabilities;

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power
Point);

Good English Proficiency
