Job Description

As an HR Trainee, you will support the Employee Operations & Rewards and Benefits Teams with daily administrative tasks and operational HR processes, working closely with Team Leaders.

In your role, you will:

1. Manage a range of daily administrative activities (e. g. , access requests, team plans, organization, task structuring)
2. Support operational HR processes for the teams (e. g. , change of working hours, parental leaves)
3. Assist Team Leaders with daily and operational tasks (e. g. , preparing team activities and presentations)
4. Contribute to harmonization, automation, and process improvements

Your Profile

You should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and organizational skills. You thrive in an international environment and are eager to support your team.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages, or a related field
2. Good command of MS Office tools (Power
   Point, Outlook, Excel)
3. Interest in digital tools
4. Ability to organize work within a team
5. Fluency in English and intermediate German (mandatory)
