Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:

Operational Meeting Management:

Support with internal communication and scheduling of meetings. Prepare agendas, be responsible for summaries, and follow up on project meetings.

Project Governance Support:

Maintain decision logs and action trackers. Track action items and manage documentation in Confluence.

HR Quality Support:

Conduct system checks and manual data reviews. Review and track
- signature processes.

Knowledge Management:

Create and maintain knowledge documentation. Gather and organize Ways of Working Council information on our internal platform. Assist with onboarding/offboarding concepts and upskilling sessions.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

Education:

Have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.

Working Style:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (especially Power
Point, Excel, and Outlook). Comfortable with digital tools like Confluence, Share
Point, and MS Teams is a plus.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
