Forvia’s VIE Program:

The VIE Program at Forvia is an international young graduate program that enables young graduates from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland), aged between 18 and 28, to work for one of our subsidiaries worldwide.

Your position and environment:

We are seeking an [HR title] VIE to support the [Region/Division] division, based in [Location + country].

The main missions of the role are:

• Assist the HR Manager with personnel administration, implementing group HR policies, staffing issues, and industrial relations.
• Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
• Collect information and prepare reports aligned with Group HR policies for
  - end figures and
  - up indicators.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain employee files and respond to employee queries related to payroll.
• Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Bachelor's Degree with specialization in HR
• Some experience in HR within an industrial environment
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems and MS Office
• International mindset
• Good interpersonal skills
