Our client is an international pharmaceutical company and a recognized leader in the Spanish dermatology market.
With more than 50 years of experience, the company specializes in delivering innovative solutions for a wide range of dermatological conditions, working closely with dermatologists and pharmacists. Backed by a robust product portfolio, it continues to drive research and innovation in dermatology. The company has a strong presence across Europe, Latin America, and South Africa.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner for the Portuguese subsidiary, who will play a key role in contributing to the affiliate’s success by aligning business objectives with people strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support management in implementing effective HR policies and practices that drive strategic growth.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement of top talent, while promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Partner with managers to support performance management and employee development goals.
- Identify and propose training and development needs at both the team and individual levels.
- Oversee Health & Safety compliance and initiatives.
- Manage office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Organize and support internal events that foster team engagement and a positive work culture.
- Oversee employee benefits and equipment (e. g. , company car, mobile phone, insurance, etc. ).
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
- Education: University degree. Studies in Psychology or Labor Relations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Languages: Fluent in English (required); Spanish is a plus.
- Profile: Committed, proactive,
- on, and flexible, with both strategic and operational capabilities. Strong people skills and a
- do attitude are essential.
