- Contribute to a vibrant culture rooted in collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the full

- end implementation, including test phases and training. - Work with Local HR teams and Global IT organization as main stakeholders, and coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
- Ensure compliance on how we collect, use and store data according to EU and local country regulations, adhering to established governance and policies.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required.
Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP Success
Factors and experience with compensation related functionality.
Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).
