HRIS Analyst

Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialised consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Service to gain
  - depth solution and process expertise with current team;
• Service to monitor and support requests addressed by Group / entity business team;
• Service to raise and monitor request addressed to beqom (solution provider) support team;
• Service to assist the Product Owner in delivering the roll‑in kit for releases/enhancement;
• Service to interface with the Product Owner to elaborate procedures;
• Service to interface closely with the internal integration team.

What are we looking for?

• Expertise in a relevant field (e. g. HR, information technology);
• 2-5 years of expertise in business analysis or consulting;
• Experience with Beqom;
• Service with expertise of HR processes and regulations;
• Service with capability to operate collaboratively in a team environment;
• Fluent in French – plus.
