To drive this forward, we are looking for an HRIS Analyst to help support the HR Systems and Analytics team, which is a central part of the global HR function in team. blue. In this role, you will be managing our newly selected HRIS, coordinating the cooperation between the local HR admins and contributing to global HR projects, programs, and initiatives.

You will work from one of our offices, remotely, or a combination of both.

In short, as an HRIS Analyst you have a very diverse range of duties:

• Managing employee data processes, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing data flows.
• Designing and implementing key HR flows in the new company HRIS.
• Participating in
  - wide HR projects as a member of the global team. blue HR team.
• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting with the analytics team.
• Basic project planning and communication to ensure alignment regarding key HR processes.
• Various HR tasks to support the global HR team.

• Technical with IT affinity and experience with Microsoft programs.

• Fluent in English with strong written and oral skills.
• Experienced in a similar HR role with 1-2 years of experience.
