We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: HRIS Release Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)

Requisitos - Hard skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management, preferably in SAP
• Solid knowledge of SAP Success
  Factors and interaction with SAP vendors
• Experience in HR and payroll systems, ideally within French regulatory context
• Proven track record in executing governance processes such as CAB and change control
• Familiarity with data compliance and data purging strategies (e. g. , GDPR)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Strong proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
