Location: Lisbon or Porto

Work Model: hybrid (2x/week at the office)

Must be in Portugal or able to arrive in 30 days or less.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in release management, preferably in SAP
• Solid knowledge of SAP Success
  Factors and interaction with SAP vendors
• Experience in HR and payroll systems
• Proven track record in executing governance processes such as CAB and change control
• Familiarity with data compliance and data purging strategies (e. g. , GDPR)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Strong proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• French language skills are a strong plus
• Comfortable working in
  - functional and international teams
