Your Mission If You Accept It

As an HRIS Senior Analyst, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and administration of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and train junior analysts. You will ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and provide technical assistance to HR professionals and employees. Additionally, you will participate in developing strategies for effective workforce management to meet business needs.

Be a Part Of Our Team Where You Will

• Manage the HRIS system supporting key HR processes such as reviews, compensation, and talent management;
• Lead, train, and mentor HRIS analysts to ensure effective system usage;
• Design and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for
  - driven decisions;
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for HR and other departments;
• Ensure compliance with HR data privacy and security protocols;
• Evaluate and improve HRIS processes for efficiency and accuracy;
• Conduct training sessions on system functionalities and best practices;
• Develop workforce predictive analytics aligned with organizational goals;
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and risks;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams for data validation and proactive hiring strategies.

Let’s Talk About You. If You Are/have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related fields;
• +4 years of experience with a mix of technical and HR expertise;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a
  - paced environment;
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus);
• Ability to analyze HR data and generate insights;
• Strong communication skills for training and support;
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability;
• Willingness to learn new technologies;
• Teamwork-oriented attitude;
• Strong analytical skills, including statistical modeling and data analysis (highly appreciated).
