HRIS Senior Consultant
Your Mission If You Accept It
As an HRIS Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and administration of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and training our junior analysts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and providing technical assistance to HR professionals and employees. Additionally, you will participate in a team responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage the organization's workforce, ensuring the right number of resources with the necessary skills are available at the right time to meet business needs.
Be a Part Of Our Team Where You Will
- Manage the HRIS system to support key HR processes, including annual reviews, compensation reviews, and talent management initiatives;
- Lead, train, and mentor HRIS analyst team members to ensure effective system usage and knowledge sharing;
- Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable

- making and actionable insights; - Provide technical expertise and support to HR and other departments, assisting with system navigation and troubleshooting;
- Ensure compliance with HR data privacy and security protocols, maintaining confidentiality and following best practices;
- Continuously evaluate HRIS processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
- Facilitate training sessions for HRIS users, promoting understanding of system functionalities, features, and best practices;
- Develop and implement workforce predictive analytics aligned with organizational objectives, considering factors such as talent acquisition, employee development, and retention;
- Conduct
- depth analysis of historical and current workforce data to identify trends, gaps, critical roles, risks, and opportunities, supporting informed action planning; - Collaborate with
- functional teams to validate data inputs for forecasting models and partner with talent acquisition teams to build proactive hiring strategies aligned with workforce demands.
Let’s Talk About You. If You Are/have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Proven experience of +4 years, reflecting a solid combination of technical and human resources expertise;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a
- paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and adaptability. Capacity to work autonomously while remaining highly responsive to the dynamic needs of the business; - Proficiency in our HRIS system (Workday) is a plus;
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR data, generate reports, and identify trends and insights;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact and train team members and provide technical support to
- users; - Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the ability to propose effective solutions;
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in HRIS systems and processes;
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, highly appreciated.
