Job Role as Recruitment
Systems Implementation Consultant:
We are looking for a Recruitment Systems specialist to join our global support team within People@ISS. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR systems, and a passion for enabling digital transformation in talent acquisition.
You will act as a super user and subject matter expert (SME) for recruitment systems, supporting both our current SAP Success
Factors Recruiting platform and the implementation of a new global recruitment solution. You will play a key role in the rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of the new platform, while continuing to support Success
Factors Recruiting in selected countries. You will be educated and certified with the selected recruitment platform.
Location: Porto, Portugal

What will you do
Recruitment Process & System Support:
- Serve as a global SME for recruitment processes and systems, supporting both Success
Factors Recruiting and the new recruitment platform (to be selected). - Provide support for
- related issues, collaborating with the broader AMS team and local HR teams to resolve complex cases. - Ensure consistent and compliant use of recruitment systems across countries, aligned with global standards.
Implementation & Change Management:
- Participate in the global implementation team for the new recruitment platform.
- Support configuration, testing, and rollout activities in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to change management, training, and communication efforts to ensure successful adoption.
Governance & Documentation:
- Ensure all system changes are properly documented and aligned with global governance principles.
- Maintain process documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for recruitment systems.
- Support knowledge transfer and onboarding of new users and support staff.
- Act as a liaison between global HR, local HR teams, IT, and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and system usability.
- Stay up to date with system releases and assess their impact on recruitment operations.
What makes you fit
- Solid experience in HR or recruitment operations, ideally in a global or regional role.
- Strong understanding of

- end recruitment processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP Success
Factors Recruiting, Smart
Recruiters, Paradox, or similar recruitment platforms is a strong advantage. - Experience supporting or participating in HR system implementations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and functions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
