Responsibilities

- Leads and develops HRIS Team to ensure expert level customer service

- Monitors and improves HRIS & AMS SLAs

- Serves as an escalation point for complex issues, resolves issues and manages enhancements

- Provides professional, comprehensive functional support and HR process expertise for Oracle HCM solution

- Drives efficiencies and pursues continuous process improvements (Oracle HCM + integrations)

- Collaborates closely & professionally with cross‐functional and geographical teams

- Cooperates with Knowledge Manager on creation and maintenance of knowledge management content and training materials

- Identifies and raises knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvements via Oracle Guided Learning

- Cooperates on educating and training our HR Key users community

Qualifications

- Experience of team leading

- Experience with Oracle HCM

- Good knowledge of HR processes

- Great analytical and data management skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

- Proven ability to troubleshoot process and technical issues and implement solutions

- Fluency in English
