Responsibilities

• Leads and develops HRIS Team to ensure expert level customer service
• Monitors and improves HRIS & AMS SLAs
• Serves as an escalation point for complex issues, resolves issues and manages enhancements
• Provides professional, comprehensive functional support and HR process expertise for Oracle HCM solution
• Drives efficiencies and pursues continuous process improvements (Oracle HCM + integrations)
• Collaborates closely & professionally with cross‑functional and geographical teams
• Cooperates with Knowledge Manager on creation and maintenance of knowledge management content and training materials
• Identifies and raises knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvements via Oracle Guided Learning
• Cooperates on educating and training our HR Key users community

Qualifications

• Experience of team leading
• Experience with Oracle HCM
• Good knowledge of HR processes
• Great analytical and data management skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to troubleshoot process and technical issues and implement solutions
• Fluency in English
