HRIS Workday Product Specialist (Compensation And Adaptive Planning)
CONTEXT
We are seeking a new HRIS Product Specialist to support and expand our Global HRIS Core Team. Will you be the right fit?
In this role, you will work within an agile/scrum environment as part of our Product Team, supporting analysis and configuration of Workday to ensure continuous improvements in our current system landscape.
You will report directly to the HCM Core Tech Team Lead and collaborate with other IT stakeholders to deliver innovative,
- quality solutions for our internal users and HR partners.
The scope includes all Maisons owned by the Group worldwide and is part of the Talent and People Experience product area within Richemont’s HRIS department.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Support
- Troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure user satisfaction;
- System support management, including incident and change management;
- Managing system releases and coordinating validation activities, including testing;
- Assisting users with solutions as needed.
- Supporting the design of the compensation and benefits roadmap;
- Providing technical expertise on Workday;
- Ensuring compliance with group documentation, change management, and audit guidelines.
- Leading investigations into functional and technical requirements and conducting feasibility studies;
- Organizing and leading working groups to define business needs;
- Coordinating functionality configurations with vendors based on user requirements;
- Documenting processes clearly and consistently;
- Developing and executing business test scenarios;
- Performing tests to ensure functional coverage;
- Training and supporting users as necessary.
- Experience with Workday implementation and support, particularly in Compensation and Adaptive Planning;
- Proficiency in report creation and security adjustments in Workday;
- Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering, or relevant HRIS experience (consulting experience is a plus);
- Knowledge of SAP HR is advantageous;
- Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions;
- Skill in writing functional specifications and test cases;
- Fluent in English, French is a plus;
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational abilities;
- Solution-oriented with a focus on objectives;
- Open-minded, curious, flexible, and creative mindset.
