Context
You will work within our Product Team using agile/scrum methodology, supporting analysis and configuration of Workday to continuously improve the current landscape. You will be part of the support team reporting directly to the Talent and Performance Management Tech Team Lead, collaborating with IT stakeholders to deliver innovation and
- quality results for internal users and HR counterparts. The scope covers all Maisons held by the group worldwide.
How Will You Make an Impact?
Main Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage system releases, coordinate validation activities, and execute testing.
- Assist users with solutions as needed.
Business Consulting:
- Lead investigations on functional and technical requirements; advise on practical solutions.
- Organize working groups to specify business requirements.
- Coordinate system functionalities with vendors based on user requirements.
- Document processes clearly and consistently.
- Develop and perform tests to ensure functional coverage.
- Support and train users.
Continuous Innovation:
- Support the design of the Talent and Performance roadmap.
- Provide technical expertise on Performance & Development, Talent Management, and Peakon.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, change management, and audit processes.
Success Criteria:
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday in Talent and Performance, within HRIS teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical experience; consulting experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Workday Peakon and SAP HR is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into IT solutions.
- Experience in writing functional specifications and test cases.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and organization skills.
