About The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and talented HRIT Architect to join our team. This role requires over 10 years of experience in HR technology leadership, digital transformation, and strategic project delivery. You will combine technical expertise, business acumen, and
- on leadership, playing a crucial role in defining the global HR systems architecture, guiding technical teams, and advising senior leaders on digitalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the global HRIT architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Lead the design and integration of key HR applications, including SAP Success
  Factors, Service
  Now HR, and Open
  Text.
• Serve as a focal point and strategic advisor for complex architectural decisions within the HR technology landscape.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver effective digital solutions.
• Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering knowledge sharing and promoting excellence in project delivery.

• Strong knowledge of and proven experience in leading HRIT teams and defining global architectures.
• Extensive experience with SAP Success
  Factors, particularly in modules such as Employee Central, Talent, Learning, and Compensation.
• Solid understanding of process design, change management methodologies, and HRIS governance.
• Hands-on experience with system integration and enterprise architecture principles.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to thrive and collaborate effectively in remote, multicultural work environments.

Nice To Have Skills

The following qualifications would be a significant plus for your application:

• Certifications in Project Management or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Service

  Text platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish.
