YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle (develop and administer) the EPC-PM HSE Management System:
Benchmarking of best practices internally, alignment of practices between operational areas, documentation of aligned practices into EPC-PM management system (processes, instructions, forms), create minimum standards for HSE contractual package (Exhibit, HSE Agreement, H&S Plan, Environmental Plan, Emergency Plan, Documental Requirements Matrix, etc. ) - Define the training content (what is competent) for the HSE NX teams (internal or acting under NX name) on site for all EPC-PM related activities and interface with Engineering or Technical Departments for HSE aspects (design or documental issues) via the NCR system in the Committees (WF).
- Perform
- up with the Engineering Department to implement design/product changes based on Project's Lessons Learned for GLF. - Use data from projects (customer requirements, KPIs, investigations, lessons learned) to identify and implement EPC-PM global improvement actions.
- Participate in
- project lessons learned processes and incorporate relevant learnings into the EPC-PM management system. - Contribute to and participate in improvement projects:
IT tools, processes, documentation, reporting.
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Environmental) or similar;
- Postgraduate certifications in Health, Safety, and Environmental fields are a plus;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles;
- Strong interestin complex, technical issues with a good eye for detail;
- Enjoy working in international teams;
- Fluent inwritten and spoken English;
