Your Role
We are looking for a Health and Safety Technician (HSE Technician) to join our Operations & Asset Management team and play a key role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor HSE documentation for Exus personnel, including access authorizations, training and information, medical
- ups, and delivery of PPE. - Deliver internal training sessions on HSE and oversee the proper distribution of personal protective equipment.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections at project sites and offices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.
- Support in collecting information, reporting, and preparing incident reports,
- conformities, and external inspection findings. - Participate in HSE coordination meetings for ongoing projects, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of implemented measures.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of HSE initiatives, such as external audits, drills, or awareness campaigns.
- Provide support to project and site managers in monitoring operational compliance with HSE measures and standards.
- Contribute to the preparation and improvement of HSE documentation, including internal procedures and guidelines.
- Assist the HSE Management System responsible in monitoring performance indicators, objectives, legal compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example in promoting the company’s safety culture and commitment to a safe working environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably within the renewable energy or industrial sector.
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to conduct training and prepare clear documentation.
- Proactive and
- oriented mindset, with a passion for safety and continuous improvement. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
experience with HSE management tools or platforms is a plus. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to different project sites.
- Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture and protecting both people and the environment.

- Portuguese: Native
- English: B1 level
- Spanish: Highly valued
