Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Support in identifying, assessing, and controlling occupational risks in manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics areas;
- Contribute to the implementation of standards and certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949);
- Assist in preparing and updating work instructions, emergency plans, and safety signage;
- Participate in internal and external audits, as well as shop floor safety inspections;
- Support incident/accident and
- miss analysis, proposing corrective and preventive actions; - Assist in the management and control of industrial waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions;
- Collaborate on ergonomics programs, machine safety, and the proper use of PPE;
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and suggest continuous improvement measures.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Safety, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields);
- Strong interest in developing a career in HSE within an automotive/metallurgical industrial environment;
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety and environmental legislation in the manufacturing sector (preferred);
- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and critical thinking;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools;
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
