Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Support in identifying, assessing, and controlling occupational risks in manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics areas;
• Contribute to the implementation of standards and certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949);
• Assist in preparing and updating work instructions, emergency plans, and safety signage;
• Participate in internal and external audits, as well as shop floor safety inspections;
• Support incident/accident and
  - miss analysis, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
• Assist in the management and control of industrial waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions;
• Collaborate on ergonomics programs, machine safety, and the proper use of PPE;
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and suggest continuous improvement measures.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Safety, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields);
• Strong interest in developing a career in HSE within an automotive/metallurgical industrial environment;
• Knowledge of occupational health & safety and environmental legislation in the manufacturing sector (preferred);
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and critical thinking;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
