About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hub
Spot Support Engineer to join our center of competence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Hub
Spot, coupled with a passion for providing business support and system configuration. Your role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Hub
  Spot platform, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Configure and customize Hub
  Spot tools to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support to the business in using Hub
  Spot tools effectively.
• Assist in the global rollout of Hub
  Spot across the organization.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Hubspot system, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure seamless integration of Hub
  Spot with other tools and platforms, including SAP.
• Provide training and support to team members on using Hub
  Spot effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Hub
  Spot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams.
• Experience with integrating Hub
  Spot and SAP is a plus.
