About the Company



We are recruiting on behalf of an international outsourcing company supporting
- growth businesses globally. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with BPO experience who enjoys working across HR operations, employee lifecycle management, reporting, and recruitment in a
- paced and dynamic environment.



About the Role



  • Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, regularization, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
  • Assist with performance review administration and HR audits
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports and workforce data
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with internal stakeholders
  • Support recruitment activities: CV screening, interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field)
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience with mandatory BPO industry background



Required Skills



  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and
    - management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
  • Authorized to work in Portugal



Pay range and compensation package



  • €30, 000 – €32, 000 gross per year
