About the Company
We are recruiting on behalf of an international outsourcing company supporting
- growth businesses globally. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with BPO experience who enjoys working across HR operations, employee lifecycle management, reporting, and recruitment in a
- paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role
- Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, regularization, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
- Assist with performance review administration and HR audits
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports and workforce data
- Coordinate onboarding activities with internal stakeholders
- Support recruitment activities: CV screening, interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field)
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience with mandatory BPO industry background
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and
- management skills - Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
- Authorized to work in Portugal
Pay range and compensation package
- €30, 000 – €32, 000 gross per year
