U is seeking a
- oriented and highly organised individual with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support to join our HR team as an HR Administrator.
In this varied and dynamic role, you’ll be a key point of contact in our Porto office, working closely with our experienced HR Delivery team to support both your local office and our global office network.
Responsibilities
- Own key employee lifecycle processes: onboarding,
- employment screening, contract management, leave tracking and exit interviews, and supporting key stakeholders within the wider HR team and business - Provide timely and professional support within HR shared services by addressing employee enquiries received through the HR Helpdesk
- Assist with employee orientation, development, training logistics and record keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment
- Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e. g. Sage, Workday, SAP Success
