// We would like to invite in our team a HR ASSOCIATE.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Establishing and implementing the HR role and its position within the company.

Overseeing the entire lifecycle of recruitment process, ensuring the alignment of suitable candidates with appropriate roles with internal and external candidates.

Analyzing and continuous tracking of the labor market and competition.

Conducting market research to develop talent pools for frequently recruited positions (attendance at job fairs, career expos and other educational organizations’ events. . . ).

Facilitating and assisting managers in conducting annual appraisal interviews with employees.

Organizing and participating in onboarding process.

Collaborating closely with middle and senior management within the company.

Managing HR administrative tasks with precision and organization.

Reporting on the status of HR activities to the Managing Director, relevant managers, and headquarters HR.

Liaising with employment and recruitment agencies.

Enhancing employer branding initiatives.

Identifying potential risks in the field of HR and proposing actions.

WE APPRECIATE CANDIDATES WITH

University degree in Social Sciences

At least 3 years of experience in HR (recruitment of marketing and sales positions is an advantage)

Up to date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations and HR policies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Dynamic, flexible and proactive

Proficient in English

Driving license and willingness to travel on national territory
