A Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing
- class employee relations services to the hotel and management team to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing employee relations services to the hotel and management team, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with staff training requirements. Your tasks will include:

• Executing HR administration activities (hiring, terminations, contract renewals, etc. ) within legal and company policies
• Managing employee relations issues confidentially
• Handling personnel management activities such as work accident participation and labor medicine control
• Ensuring recruitment and selection processes are followed, including immigration checks
• Controlling costs and assisting in meeting financial targets
• Managing pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries according to guidelines
• Collaborating with local organizations and schools to promote hospitality
• Assisting and resolving team member and management queries
