As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global HR Operations function team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage employee data within our HR system, ensuring that all personal and
- related information is accurate and

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain employee data, including personal details, job assignments, promotions, compensation, leaves of absence, education, background history, and line managers.
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.
- Support new hire onboarding and background verification processes.
- Send induction plans and welcome emails to new employees.
- Provide audit support for personal files and forms.
- Assist with general employee requests, such as generating visa invitation letters, verifications, and reference checks.
- Generate reports for employee distribution lists, new joiners, anniversaries, and milestones.
- Track employees' probationary periods and notify the HR team to ensure geographic process adherence.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on employee paperwork related to new hires, promotions, transfers, address changes, additional payments, status changes, and employee exits.
- Manage and maintain the inbox, handling employee queries and escalating issues to the correct team contact when necessary.
- Coordinate with support functions for new hire laptops, accesses, payroll setups, and other administrative tasks.
You'll Bring:
- A bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services or multinational company environment.
- Knowledge of Workday and experience in Global HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook). - Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Italian, German, or French.
