The role
We are hiring an HR Generalist (Maternity Cover) to assist our employees with various HR related matters and provide general support to promote a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Be the person to go to for our employees in all matters of an employee lifecycle from onboarding over working policies and general workplace information.
Be part of the creation for an always positive work environment.
Ensure HR trainings, policies and procedures are consistently communicated and implemented.
Support the payroll process.
Maintain document support systems to ensure managers and employees always have access to current and compliant documents and support the implementation of changes as needed.
Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefit, and Marketing Communication teams.
Collaborate with our HR Teams in the countries of our subsidiaries.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in human resources/legal/ psychology or similar field.
2+ years of professional experience in HR Generalist/ People administrative role.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain an organized workspace.
Proficient in using office software such as Outlook, Office365, and Teams.
Proactive
- solver with fluency in written and spoken English.
