? Role Overview
As our HR Generalist, you'll play a central role in developing and executing people processes that support our growth. You’ll be the
- to person for employees and managers across a range of HR topics – from onboarding and performance to compliance and culture. This is a

? Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage
-
- day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records. - People Operations: Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and processes; ensure data accuracy and legal compliance.
- Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that foster engagement, feedback, and a strong company culture.
- Performance & Development: Assist with performance review cycles, learning & development programs, and career pathing.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with external providers on payroll, benefits administration, and employee queries.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices are aligned with Portuguese labor law and support international expansion as needed.
- HR Projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives such as DE&I, talent development, compensation benchmarking, and employer branding.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a
- paced tech or Saa
S company. - Solid understanding of Portuguese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e. g. Personio, Bamboo
HR, Hi
Bob). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills – approachable, empathetic, and trustworthy.
- Highly organized and
- oriented; able to manage multiple priorities. - Comfortable with ambiguity and change; you’re proactive and
- oriented. - Fluent in English and Portuguese.
