we are looking for Human Resources Manager;

Key Responsibilities

• In close cooperation with Regional HR Director adopting the
  - wide HR Strategy into local HR Strategies plans / activities.
• Ensure the execution of defined strategy and the implementation of adequate tactics within HR;
  
  
  
  
• Work with local management to identify and plan for HR requirements to meet
  - term and
  - term business needs.
• Ensure the HR aspects of decisions made by the management are advanced and discussed.
• Supports manager in decisions with regards to disciplinary actions, promotions, transfers and
  - offs;
  
  
  
  
• Ensuresrecruiting of
  - quality employees. Develops and improves standard recruitment and selection procedure for the Organization.
• Contribute to drive employee empowerment and satisfaction together with the management team;
  
  
  
  implementation ofactivities supporting the ideal company culture.
• Ensure that HR is close to business and employees need creating a good internal environment.

Key Requirements

• Qualifications: Business degree specialized in Human Resources.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience, and at least 3 of them as HR business partners in hospitality area
• Experience in multinational companies and participation in international projects is preferred.
• Available for relocation within Portugal (continental & islands)
