Human Resources Officer
Looking for a Junior HR Officer (m/f/d) to support daily HR activities related to personnel management and provide administrative support to the business development of a Multinational Company based in Parque das Nações.
Main Responsibilities
In compliance with legal requirements and Group policies:
- Will report directly to General Manager;
- Manage personnel administration and the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, absences, etc. );
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees, addressing requests, grievances, or other issues;
- Coordinate payroll by collecting and transmitting variable data to the external payroll provider;
- Ensure HRdata is accurate and reliable to support informed
- making;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Support employee development and engagement through annual appraisals, competency evaluations, and training plan
- up;
- Deploy Group tools and policies locally;
- Promote fairness and contribute to a positive working environment for all employees.
Personal Qualities & Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field and a genuine passion for people;
- Strong active listening skills and a
- oriented mindset;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR;
- Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor law;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage confidential information;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word);
experience with HR software is a plus.
