Human Resources Officer

Overview

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Officer who shares these values and wants to grow within a dynamic,

You will be a trusted point of contact for employees, supporting them throughout the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.

Working closely with leadership and other teams, you’ll actively contribute to HR strategies that enhance engagement and wellbeing across the company.

Your mission

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement activities and offboarding with care and professionalism.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Continuous processes: Identify, document, and implement enhancements to HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, consistent, and aligned with best practices.
• Culture & Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen our culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in an HR assistant or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Portuguese labor law.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• A proactive, adaptable, and
  - oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
