Do you have experience in HR administrative processes and are looking for a new challenge? Then we’re looking for you!

We’re counting on you to join a Human Resources team in a temporary work position, with immediate start.

Work location: Lisbon – Santos
Work model: Hybrid – 2 days on-site + 3 days remote
Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Your main responsibilities:
-Support in HR administrative processes (contracts, onboarding, offboarding);
-Management of documents for employees and professional interns;
-Responding to employee questions and requests.

What we’re looking for:
-University degree in Human Resources or a similar area;
-At least 1 year of experience in HR administrative roles;
-Strong organizational skills and autonomy;
-Fluency in Portuguese and English.

What we offer:
-Base salary: up to €1, 400 gross/month
-Meal allowance: €7.63/day
-Transport allowance: €40/month
