We're looking for a Workday Project Manager
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work setup: Hybrid
Start date: ASAPResponsibilities
Lead the
-
- end project management life cycle for the Workday implementation , including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Coordinate with
- functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Workday solutions
Develop and manage project plans, timelines , and budgets , ensuring alignment with business objectives
Identify and mitigate project risks , ensuring timely issue resolution
Provide clear and structured communication to stakeholders on status , milestones , and deliverables
Ensure compliance with industry standards and project management best practices ( PMP , PMBOK )Promote a collaborative team environment and foster continuous improvement
Technical and functional skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience as a project manager
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
Proven experience in Workday implementation projects
Strong skills in change management and stakeholder communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
