We're looking for a Workday Project Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work setup: Hybrid

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management life cycle for the Workday implementation, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Coordinate with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Workday solutions
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution
• Provide clear and structured communication to stakeholders on status, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project management best practices (PMP, PMBOK)
• Promote a collaborative team environment and foster continuous improvement

Technical and functional skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a project manager
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
• Proven experience in Workday implementation projects
• Strong skills in change management and stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
